Everlong Consulting is dedicated to addressing systemic inequities in affordable housing and ensuring affordable housing solutions are permanent and sustainable. We uniquely balance the effective navigation of today’s affordable housing environment with the need for innovative solutions to persistent housing challenges. Community Land Trusts
CLT feasibility, development, administration, evaluation, consolidation, and expansion. Past clients include Twin Cities Local Initiatives Support Coalition (LISC).
Affordable Homeownership
Downpayment Assistance Program Design and Evaluation, Manufactured Housing Communities, and Affordable Homeownership Programs. Past clients include Northcountry Cooperative Foundation and the Metropolitan Council.
Housing Policy
Housing Assessments, Strategic Plans, Studies, Action Plans, and Policy recommendations, with specific expertise at the local government level. Over 20 years of public sector housing experience.
Strategic Coalition Building
Lobbying (in the state of MN), stakeholder identification, facilitation and development of housing coalitions. Current clients include the MN Community Land Trust Coalition.
